Childcare rates at Blackmud Creek as of JUNE 2023 are:

Under 1 year: $1260/ month
12 months to 19 months: $1158/month
20 months to 3 years: $1030/month
3 & 5 years: $968/month
Kindergarten: $916/month
Out of School Care GR 1-6: $585/month

Part-Time

Only on pre-approval and availability…only for children over 3 years of age.

Subsidy

Families may be eligible for childcare subsidies offered through the Government of Alberta. Visit the Human Services website for more information.

Affordability Grant

*We are part of the AB Government Affordability Grant Funding Program. *
AG amounts full time: this amount will be subtracted from our full fees.

12 months to 19 months-$883/ month subtracted from our full fee.

20 months to 36 months –$709/ month subtracted from our full fee.

37 months to 60 months –$626/ month subtracted from our full fee.

kindergarten –$626/ month subtracted from our full fee.

Fees are due at the first of each month. We prefer

E -transfers. There is a $30 late charge for fees paid after the 10th of the month. There is a $40 fee on all NSF cheques.

Late Pickup

There is a $1.00/minute charge for any child left at the centre past 5:30 p.m. If your child is late, you will be asked to sign the late book, and 3 repeated incidences may result in termination of services.

Wait-list

Due to large demand, a non-refundable wait-list fee is in place.

• $100 for infant rooms
• $50 for toddler and older rooms

The infant room generally has a one-year to a year and a half wait, and toddler and older rooms can vary from 6 months to one year.
